• There is a pre-delivery inspection so that the customer can check the sizes and specifications, and the customer has the right to refuse to accept the product.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging.

• Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt In case of a manufacturing defect.

• If the return or exchange request is approved, the delivery representative will reach the customer within 3-5 business days.

• A full refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.

• We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product use by the customer that are not mentioned on the product page of our website.

 

• No returns will be made once the shipment has been received from the shipping representative unless there is a manufacturing defect.
